Real Estate News:

According to Redfin, In February 2023, Oklahoma City home prices were up 0.7% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $248K. On average, homes in Oklahoma City sell after 31 days on the market compared to 10 days last year. There were 623 homes sold in February this year, down from 788 last year.

So the market has slowed some but there’s still a lot of buying and selling happening in the metro. 

Now some interesting stats about where people moving from to OKC..

In the last few months, the top cities where people are moving to OKC from are 

1 Dallas, TX 262

2 Los Angeles, CA 232

3 San Francisco, CA 110

4 Seattle, WA 84

5 San Diego, CA  74

Things To Do:

Coming up in April, thousands of runners from all over the world will compete in the 22nd Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. 

Also in April is the Festival of the Arts. The Festival of the Arts started all the way back in 1967 and is a signature event for Arts Council OKC. It’s going to be held in Bicentennial Park in the heart of downtown and run from April 25-30, 2023.
